MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Mindful Movement is our gentle yoga group aimed at expectant and new parents who wish to learn more about our nervous system and how we can get stuck in fight or flight (leaving us feeling anxious and low) and what gentle practices we can do to soothe and regulate ourselves when this happens. 

Who is Mindful Movement for?

Mindful Movement is aimed for expectant and new parents (with their baby) who may be experiencing emotional distress, such as anxiety, low mood, anger and/or bonding issues.

You are welcome to bring your baby to the group. We recommend babies who are not yet on the move to enable you to be able to engage in the practices. 

​

No prior knowledge or experience of yoga is required. 

How much does it cost?

Mindful Movement is free to attend with thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund.

When is the group?

Mindful Movement runs on a Tuesday morning. For upcoming dates and times, please check our Facebook page or get in touch

Spaces are limited, so booking is required.​
