If driving: Car Park 4 is the closest option. We recommend parking on level 10 and walking across the bridge link directly into the Canon Newton House lobby, then taking the lift to the second floor.
If parking elsewhere or coming from the town centre: Head to the lifts behind The Perfume Shop (opposite the Amazon Lockers) and take the lift to the second floor.

All our groups and individual therapy sessions take place in a private room to ensure you feel safe to share your experiences.

We also offer individual therapy online via Zoom.
