
We are a talking therapy service for parents and parents-to-be who may be struggling with their journey through parenthood.
Becoming pregnant, being pregnant, delivering a baby and the early years can be an emotionally challenging time, and it is very common to feel emotional distress. Whatever your struggle, we know this is a very common experience and talking about it is the first step to getting to where you want to be.

Our dads baby massage group is a warm and supportive space for fathers to bond with their babies, learn gentle techniques and enjoy connecting with other dads.

Circle of Security Group
In partnership with Homestart North-East Worestershire Secure Minds Project.
This 8 week group helps parents to make sense of what their child's behaviour is communicating and promotes secure parent-child relationships.

Psychological Therapy

For expectant & new parents
For expectant & new parents who might be experiencing difficulties with their mood, worry, guilt, birth or bonding. We also provide couples and parent-infant therapy sessions.
We are working in partnership with Homestart North-East Worcestershire to deliver the Secure Minds Project, enabling more parents to be able to access therapy sessions free of charge. Click here for more information.

For any individual who may be struggling with their emotional wellbeing, such as feelings of low mood, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
We offer compassionate, evidence-based psychological therapy that helps individuals to understand their experiences and move towards meaningful change.
