We are a talking therapy service for parents and parents-to-be who may be struggling with their journey through parenthood.
Becoming pregnant, being pregnant, delivering a baby and the early years can be an emotionally challenging time, and it is very common to feel emotional distress. Whatever your struggle, we know this is a very common experience and talking about it is the first step to getting to where you want to be.
WHAT WE DO
For individuals, couples and parent-infant therapy who might be experiencing difficulties with their mood, worry, guilt, birth or bonding.

Because sometimes it's difficult to get out with a little one, or sometimes it's just more comfortable to be at home. We use a secure app called Zoom to offer therapy online.
Our goal is to be able to offer therapy at costs that people can afford. We have a limited number of subsidised therapy sessions available. Please contact us for further details.
