COMPASSIONATE PARENTING GROUP
If you have struggled with the transition to parenthood, you are certainly not alone.
This group takes a different, compassionate approach to increase wellbeing and confidence in ourselves as parents.
Who is the group for?
The group is aimed at parents (both mothers and fathers) who have struggled during the transition to parenthood. This might include difficulties with anxiety, low mood, guilt, bonding and more.
This group is aimed at parents with pre-school aged children. If you are pregnant or have an older child, please get in touch to discuss whether the group may be helpful for you.
How much does it cost?
The group is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and free to attend.
When is the group?
The 8 week group will run on the following dates at 10.00 - 11.30am:
Session 1: Thursday 23rd April 2020
Session 2: Thursday 30th April
Session 3: Thursday 7th May
Session 4: Thursday 14th May
Session 5: Thursday 21st May
- Half term break -
Session 6: Thursday 4th June
Session 7: Thursday 11th June
Session 8: Thursday 18th June
If you can't make these dates, get in touch to register your interest for the following group starting summer 2020.
A creche will be available to keep your little ones occupied.
