If you have struggled with the transition to fatherhood, you are certainly not alone.

The Dads' Group is a space for new Dads to come together to share and reflect on their experiences of fatherhood.

Who is the group for?

The group is for expectant and new Dads who may have struggled during the transition to fatherhood. This might include difficulties with low mood, anxiety, anger, birth trauma, bonding and more.

This group is aimed at parents with pre-school aged children. If you have an older child, please get in touch to discuss whether the group may be helpful for you.

How much does it cost?

The group is free to attend. 

When is the group?

The group will run fortnightly on a Tuesday evening at 7 - 8.30pm for 8 sessions. For upcoming dates, please check our Facebook page or get in touch
